After numerous spy photos and official teasers of a new Korean business-class sedan became available to the general public, Hyundai officially unveiled the new Genesis lineup in 2014.

Presented in Seoul – the capital of South Korea, the second-generation of Hyundai Genesis is made in the new design concept, named Fluidic Sculpture 2.0 - short overhangs, a three-dimensional hexagonal grille and semi-gloss chrome finish. On the top of the engines line stands the 5-liter V8 engine with a capacity of 425 horses – this one for the top configurations only. Torque is transmitted to the wheels by means of eight-speed automatic transmission, the same for all trim levels. Hyundai Genesis 2014 has good dynamics - it depends from the number of horses under the hood – from 0 to 100 km/h for 8.6, 7.2, 6.5 or 5.4 seconds and a top speed can reach the mark of 240 km/h.
